Community & moderation
CalPod's social spaces are built for useful, honest support. Private food logs stay private; content you choose to share must be safe, lawful and respectful.
Where these rules apply
These rules cover published meals, meal photos and descriptions, feedback posts and comments, display names, handles and pod names. Private diary entries are not public community content.
What is not allowed
- Eating-disorder or self-harm promotion, extreme-restriction encouragement, or competition over who ate least.
- Deliberately deceptive nutrition information on a published meal.
- Harassment, hate, threats or sexual content, including in names, images and comments.
- Spam, impersonation or commercial flooding.
- Illegal, infringing or dangerous content.
Report and block
Use the Report action on shared meals, feedback posts or comments. Reports are private: the reported person does not see who filed them. You can also block an account to remove its content from your experience. For urgent concerns, email support@stolenorbit.com.
How review works
- We target review within 24 hours; eating-disorder and self-harm reports are prioritized the same day.
- Three independent reports automatically hide content pending human review.
- Moderators may keep content hidden, issue a warning, suspend sharing, or terminate an account for repeated or severe violations.
- Removing shared content does not erase the owner's private food log.
Appeals
Reply to an enforcement notice or email support within 14 days. A human will review the decision again and reverse mistakes.
Need immediate help? CalPod is not a crisis service. If you may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Eating-disorder support resources are always available inside CalPod under You → Support.
